Don't be fooled by the license, "marriage and family therapist" - about half of my clients are individuals. I offer short-term, research-based counseling for a wide variety of challenges. When working with me, you'll likely feel heard and understood, yet warmly challenged and stretched as well.
I typically meet with individual clients for 50 minutes once a week for about twelve sessions, though that can vary depending on your needs.
